Tom Odell hit #2 on the official UK Chart this year, with his album Wrong Crowd. From the critically acclaimed body of work he has shared singles including -Magnetised' and -Concrete', and now he returns with the high-octane, stadium-worthy -Here I Am'.
The visual for the track sees the legendary Kevin Spacey losing himself at a strobing house party; searching, or being chased by a mysterious something or someone. Whilst the house itself is reminiscent of past times, the haunting vocals of Tom Odell remind us of his new-found confidence and matured sound, as they follow Spacey throughout the breath-taking party.
Having recently performed a triumphant set at Glastonbury Festival, and V Festival, Odell is set to take his live show across the USA, UK and Europe later this year as part of a 40-date world tour. He will play at London's Brixton Academy for two nights in November as the final shows of the UK leg of the tour.
Tom's new album Wrong Crowd is out now, peaking at #2 in the UK, and #1 in four countries around the world, as well as top 10 on the iTunes charts in over 25 countries. The album's lead single, -Magnetised', has been streamed over 8 million times to date.
-Here I Am' sees Tom returning to the limelight once again, with an energetic and hard- hitting single that reminds us all of just how prominent he is as an artist. Showcasing a new side to his previously romantic nature; -Here I Am' illustrates a matured Tom, who speaks on the topics of heartbreak and recovery with unwavering confidence.
