Tasting Notes

[yellow tail] Shiraz
Aroma: Concentrated red berry fruit is complemented by subtle liquorice and sweet blueberry notes and subtle spice derived from the oak.

Flavour: Soft and juicy on the palate, flavours of ripe cherries and blackberries provide for a long and delicious finish giving structure and a nicely weighted finish.

Aroma: Delicious lifted aromas of tropical fruits like citrus, lemon and white peach with a light spice that continues on the palate.
Flavour: The perfect balance of citrus and peach flavours coats the mouth with a creamy mouth feel and persists to a long lingering finish of peach and white spice. This is a lovely fresh and zesty wine that is also supported nicely by subtle, toasty oak.
