Ingredients

• 45ml The Botanist Gin

• 1 tsp Jam of your choice

• Crushed ice

• Soda Water

• Garnish: Raspberry or Apricot

Method

• Add gin into a glass

• Place jam of choice into glass and mix well

• Add crushed ice

• Top up with soda water
