Vixens of Fall If You Don't Want My Love

Vixens of Fall If You Don't Want My Love

Vixens of Fall are off to a flying start in 2022 with the release of their fiery new single 'If You Don't Want My Love' and its accompanying video, which was choreographed by Vixens of Fall's very own Wren.  Having seen out 2021 with three singles hitting top #5 on the iTunes Country Singles charts, and two top #10 CountryTown Hot 50 airplay hits, this new tune is set to follow suit and soar up the charts.

Produced by Rod McCormack at The Music Cellar, Vixens of Fall bring the right amount of sass and attitude to the airwaves with 'If You Don't Want My Love'. "M'any hearts have been broken many times over the years, and there have been plenty of times in romantic partnerships where that person's quick way out was with someone else," Nina explains. "We all knew that this was the song to show another side of the Vixens, the side that nobody should want to cross. It's strong and it's sassy and this song is a flick of the wrist, from the chin to the person who's done you wrong."

After having a conversation with the writing team - Rod McCormack, Sam Gay and Templeton Thompson - together they have crafted a powerful song to be remembered. The video for the song carries a huge cinematic scope to match the vivaciousness of the track. It was a case of "go big or go home" for Vixens of Fall when shooting the clip, which was captured at Lefty's Music Hall in Brisbane's West End by Jazmyn Smith of Jazmyn Produces. "We were inspired by the outlaw style of the Wild West Saloon theme. Working again with the wonderful and ever talented Jazmyn Smith, she captured the magic and the sass that oozes from the message of the song - "I can do better, I do not deserve the heartache you've caused me," Nina enthuses. "This song needed a film clip with a strong cinematic story line, it needed Line Dancing and it needed the right atmosphere to unveil the glory of the anger of the Vixens because "If You Don't Want My Love, then you 'certainly' don't get it". Enter the saloon at your peril. The sheriff is in town, and she's got everyone on her side."

Vixens of Fall have seen their career bounce forth in leaps and bounds, with 2021 seeing them take out the ICMA Award for the Most Popular Country Band, as well as being named finalists in the Q Music Award category of Best Country Song for 'The Long Game'.

The trio will be treading the festival stage boards over the next few months with performances confirmed at Queensland's Music Is Life Festival, Music in the Mulga, Gympie Music Muster and Tamworth Country Music Festival.

Vixens of Fall are making confident, strident and bold music that is capturing the hearts of listeners everywhere. 'If You Don't Want My Love' is an anthem of empowerment, but it packs a sneaky sting in the tail. Turn it up and feel the sparks fly!
