After teasing their loyal fan base for the last days, The Script have announced their return and released a brand-new single, -Rain'. Their first new release in almost three years, -Rain' is available to download and stream now on all digital platforms through Columbia Records and Sony Music Entertainment Australia http://smarturl.it/Rain.TheScript

-Rain' is the first taster of the band's forthcoming fifth album and despite the name, -Rain' is a feel-good summer tune. When describing the track, The Script commented: "After a very long process of making album 5, the song -Rain' came right at the end. It's a summer song so we thought, only The Script can make it -Rain' in summer."

The Script are one of the world's most successful bands and have sold over 29 million records. The Irish three-piece have scored three multi-platinum albums, all of which were #1 in the UK. The Script have also picked up a huge following in Australia where they have had many multi-platinum singles and albums. -Hall Of Fame' (2012) went seven times platinum while -Breakeven' (2008) is certified three times platinum. Australia was the most successful market in the world in sales for the bands lead single -Superheroes' (2015) where the track achieved 2x Platinum sales results, followed by Gold sales in Italy & Silver in the UK.

The Script are also one of the biggest live bands, having sold over 1.4 million tickets across 203 headline shows. The Script's last tour to Australia in 2015 raised the bar selling out areas nationwide.
