Soundcloud plays of over 2.5 million on their debut self-titled EP, recent headline stops in Australia, New Zealand and Bali, as well as the current sets on the sold-out Alison Wonderland -Wonderland Warehouse Project 2.0' tour have all paved the way for the next installation in Slumberjack's constant upward trajectory: Slumberjack – EP (Remixes).

Released on the 29th of May, this 4-track remix EP contains some killer names. UZ, Nghtmre, Hatch and Trumpdisco, who all lend their enviable talents to some of the past 12 months' most played tracks. The duo say of the EP, 'Hearing the work that came back for the remix EP was a really inspiring experience for us - being able to listen to someone else's creative take on your initial idea is super refreshing and helps keep us on our toes."

With their name on Shazam's Future Hits list, it's no wonder their debut reached #2 on the iTunes electronic album chart. The SLUMBERJACK EP featured 'Body Cry" (a melody-driven EDM-meets-R&B fusion included in the weekly 'Skrillex Selects" SoundCloud playlist series and EDM.COM's Best of 2014 list) and 'Horus" (a heavy-hitting and hypnotic Eastern-flavoured track that climbed to #1 on Hype Machine and hit playlists made by the likes of Porter Robinson).

Bass-heavy and frenetic, dreamlike and lush, the music of SLUMBERJACK is born from its Perth-based creators' passion for contrast: DJ/producers Morgan Then (a 23-year-old Borneo-bred classically trained pianist and former world-music artist) and Fletcher Ehlers (a 21-year-old Australia native who taught himself to make electronic music at age 11), the duo dig into their disparate backgrounds to push into thrillingly original sonic territory.
