Melbourne dining institution Longrain has created a limited-edition MFF Nespresso Martini, dripping in luxurious silver leaf, to mark the festival's 25th anniversary in partnership with Nespresso Australia.

Better yet, it's made with Nespresso's Vertuo Diavolitto blend, so anyone can whip it up from home.

Ingredients:
• x45ml Corazon Blanco Tequila
• x15ml Kalhua
• x15ml Palm Sugar Syrup
• x45ml Nespresso Diavolitto coffee
• x45ml Corazon Blanco Tequila

Method:
Use the Nespresso Vertuo Next machine to extract a Diavolitto coffee capsule into a glass. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously for 20 seconds, strain with a fine sieve into a cocktail glass. Channel your inner fashionista and garnish boldly with silver leaf.
