Rhubarb and Elderflower Spritz

Rhubarb and Elderflower Spritz

Did you know the leaves attached to the Rhubarb stalk are poisonous?

Thursday 23rd of January marks National Rhubarb Day, to celebrate we're sharing Rhubarb themed cocktail recipes. These are all using the Whitley Neill Rhubarb and Ginger gin, which can also easily be enjoyed with just soda water.

It's worth noting that Rhubarb is normally considered a vegetable, as it's a member of the buckwheat family, but a New York court ruling in 1947 made it an official fruit in the United States!
