PUMA Runs for Love this Valentines Day
Fall head over PUMA heels this Valentines Weekend in one of the biggest social running events of the year.
Whether you're running towards your fitness goal, or that babe up ahead, this Valentine's Weekend get your heart racing and your endorphins flowing at the inaugural PUMA Love Run on Saturday February 12.
For singletons and loved up couples alike, the PUMA Love Run is the perfect opportunity for those Melbournites who simply love love to get active and potentially meet their perfect match.
No matter their stamina, the PUMA Love Run caters for all kinds of performers. Participants can choose between a 4.5km or 6.5km track through the heart of Melbourne in picturesque Birrarung Marr.
AFL player and PUMA ambassador, Chris Judd, encourages all young Melbournites to get involved. "We all have a bit of the hopeless romantic in us and what better way to meet others who like to have fun and keep fit than taking part in the first PUMA Love Run" says Judd. "Its a win win situation, have fun and run with your sweetheart, or mingle and you might just snag yourself the perfect match!"
Love happens at Birrarung Marr from 3.30pm on February 12 with the PUMA Love Run kicking off from 5:30pm. The fun carries on after run with young lovers invited to stretch out, cool down and hook up whilst the sun sets to the musical stylings of hit Australian act Miami Horror.
PUMA lovers DJ Jodhi McLeod, and Ash Williams will also be there on the day breaking hearts and running for love!
Registering for the most romantic run of the year is easy. Register online at pumaloverun.com.au before 6pm Wednesday 9th February or at Foot Locker Melbourne CBD between 4-8pm on the 11th, or from 10am at Birrarung Marr on the day. Entry fee is $45.
