Tokyo Sbagliato

Tokyo Sbagliato

Sharing a new spring cocktail recipe – Tokyo Sbagliato – from the team at Sokyo. The Tokyo Sbagliato cocktail is a Japanese version on the classic Italian Negroni Sbagliato.

The Italian word 'sbagliato' meaning 'mistaken' inspires the addition of Italian sparking wine to this refreshing cocktail. While typically in an Italian Negroni Sbagliato the gin would be replaced by the Italian sparkling wine, the Tokyo Sbagliato keeps the gin and adds sparkling sake for a unique Japanese twist.

Easy to make and guaranteed to impress friends, the Tokyo Spagliato is a thirst-quenching cocktail for those looking to enjoy some bubbles on a warm spring or summer day.
