We had a great time even though it was polar bear weather, but I'm happy with the results." The video has now received over 4 million views, since it's release. View here.

Interview with Mr.Probz

Question: How would you describe the new single, Space For Two?

Mr.Probz: I think the concept is something we can all relate to. We've all had at least one person in our lives that we have or have had a love and hate relationship with. That one soul you can't be or be without and it's both frustrating but amazing at the same time.

Question: Can you tell us about filming the Space For Two video?

Mr.Probz: Well, I can tell you that it wasn't easy trying to make it look like it wasn't as cold as it was but let's say it was not the type of weather where you'd let someone touch your ears (laughs). We shot the video in London and when Meji Alabi sent me the first draft of the treatment I caught myself smiling, that was a sign to me.

Question: Are you able to share any information about the upcoming EP?

Mr.Probz: All I can say right now is that the EP is called Transfer and just like my previous projects it's a reference to where I am as a person and as an artist. The idea behind all the songs are the crazy thought that everything that moves us or influences us is based on chemical reactions. It's hard to explain with just words but when the record drops it will all make sense, I promise.

Question: If you could have anyone, in the world, attend a show, who would it be?

Mr.Probz: The person reading this.

Question: Do you prefer performing live or recording?

Mr.Probz: I love the process and everything that goes into both so that's really hard to say. I enjoy being in my studio with the lights out and vibing but I love seeing people singing along to my songs and having a good time. Apples and pears, I guess.

Question: What motivates you most when writing music?

Mr.Probz: Honesty and it's a form of release when an idea that might live in my head for ever finally gets finished. There are more than a hundred more reasons I can name. I just love what I do!

Question: Which artists are you currently listening to? What or who was your inspiration to go into the music industry/music?

Mr.Probz: My playlists and self-made mixtapes have always been a random soup of genres. I can get inspired listening to background music on the Discovery Channel so that's a very long list.

Question: If you could collaborate with another artist, who would it be?

Mr.Probz: I think I'd say me, myself in ten years (laughs). I still have to shake hands with the rest first to know if the vibe is there.
