Here is InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort's recipe for their new delectable cocktail designed by Kama' Bar team of expert Cocktail chefs. The 'Kiwifruit Caprioska' is the perfect refreshing drink for a balmy evening (or for us Aussie's to pretend its Summer here).

Serves 4

Ingredients
60ml Vodka Absolut Orient Apple
40g Kiwifruit
40g Lime
20g Sugar White
50ml Soft Macs Feijoa Pear

Method
Muddle kiwifruit with lime and sugar in Boston shaker
Add ice
Add 60ml Absolut Orient Apple Vodka
Shake and pour whole content into double old fashioned glass
Top up with Mac's Feijoa Pear Soda
