Gotcha Fresh Tea

Gotcha Fresh Tea

Australia, we Gotcha covered, with the most flavoursome bubble tea concept store: Gotcha Fresh Tea.

2019 is an exciting year for Gotcha Fresh Tea with the franchise chain expanding interstate from Victoria to New South Wales. A total of 5 new Victorian stores and two new Sydney stores are in the planning pipeline.

First up is 138 Hopkins Street, in Footscray, opening early April, this will be followed by two new Sydney stores opening in late April: China Town, 1 Dixon St, Haymarket; and UTS, Broadway, opening late May.

More mall expansion will then be underway with exciting new Gotcha Fresh Tea pitstops planned for Emporium, Melbourne Central and Chadstone. Last, but certainly not least, will be a Gotcha Fresh Tea concept kiosk in South Yarra, which is currently underway and will open with a fashionable flourish, late March 2019.

The bubble tea with a quality difference, Gotcha Fresh Tea is individually brewed for each order using only pure fruit pulps and no artificial syrups or flavours. The Gotcha Fresh Tea difference is quality controlled from leaf to cup. The tea is farmed and picked from Gotcha's own tea plantation in Mount Ali, Taiwan, which ensures they source the highest quality ingredients for each customer.

Offering a delectable selection of handcrafted teas, collagen teas, teas with milk foam, cheese foam, macchiato, lattes, fruit teas, luxury teas, smoothies and health milk tea, Gotcha has a tea for all connoisseurs starting from $5.20, up to $18.00.

Gotcha Fresh Tea is owned by the EFC Group Australia, whose other ventures include Da Long Yi Hot Pot, and Ji Yu Thai Hot Pot, the group, led by Roger Fu, Orlando Sanpo and Joeyn Loo.

EFC Group seek to bring diversified food cuisines and cultures to the Australian market, with Gotcha Fresh Tea representing just the beginning of expansion for this entrepreneurial hospitality group.

"We believe that Gotcha Fresh Tea has appeal to both the Australian and Asian market as the tea is brewed per order, in much the same way Australia's famous coffee is. We take delight in offering our customers the best bubble tea on market and pay attention to every aspect of the brand experience.

For example, we will be the first bubble tea specialists in Australia to use recyclable and environmentally friendly packaging, including cups, packages and straws. Our beautiful new stores will be an example of our forward thinking and brand innovation," says Orlando Sanpo, Business Development Manager of EFC Group Australia.
