Dilmah suggests how to create the perfect glass of ice tea; brew Dilmah Fruit Tea at double strength using twice the tea or half the water. Allow to cool and pour into a large glass. Then simply add sugar syrup or alternatively use bees honey syrup to the cooling tea. Add ice cubes and top up with cold water and mix vigorously. If you have a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, pour tea in and shake for 10 seconds. Serve in a chilled glass and add a mint leaf to finish.
