"You can really get to know someone if they play their favourite song" sings Catherine Britt on her brand new single, "Fav'Rit Song".

As the second single lifted from her highly anticipated new album, "Home Truths", and co-written with hit writers Sam Telford and Will Cumming - "Fav'Rit Song" is about the connections you make throughout your life with other people thanks to the power of music.

"It was an idea I have had for a while based on how my father and I connected over music and later in life, I did the same with my husband", says Catherine.

"I always feel like I can really get to know someone when they share their favourite music with me. It helps me to connect and get them completely".

The single follows the wildly popular, "I Am A Country Song", which peaked at #3 on the National Country Top 50 Airplay Chart and hitting Number 1 on various radio charts and the Country Songs Top 50.

Catherine also kicked off her "Home Truths" Album Preview Tour with a hometown show at the renowned Lizotte's Newcastle. She plays Gunnedah, then heads to Bourke, Tamworth, Sydney, Canberra, Hunter Valley and Bulli. This time around Catherine will be playing in full band mode making these shows extra special and not to be missed!
