We believe that our premium beers provide the palate with a truly unique Australian beer experience and that this has been recognised by the industry tonight. The fact that these awards are voted from within the industry makes this recognition all the more meaningful for our brand."
The winning Craft Beer, Bluetongue Premium Lager, is handcrafted in the Hunter Region by a team of passionate local brewers. Using only the finest natural ingredients and no added preservatives, Bluetongue has been specifically designed for the Australian palate. Bluetongue Premium Lager's fresh, full flavour comes from soft Hunter water and the finest local malted barley. Tasmanian bittering hops with a late edition of noble German Hersbrucker create a deliciously crisp bitterness and tantalising floral aroma.
