AnnanROMA Food and Wine Festival

AnnanROMA Food and Wine Festival returns on Sunday 27 May 2018 for another year of celebrating the regions food, wine, beer and entertainment at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan. The local festival is one of the most popular in the area and this year is no exception with a new entertainment line-up and kid friendly activities.

 

Food and fun has always been the staple of AnnanROMA, but musical performances from Sydney's brightest stars and a new kid-zone will be a major attraction this year too. Event goers can relax by the main stage overlooking the lake listening to music from the likes of upcoming country music star, and local artist, Missy Higgins along with Patrick James and Lauren Azar to name a few.

 

"After 11 years, AnnanROMA is a must-do for many Sydney-siders and with the event held at The Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan, just 45 minutes from the CBD, it certainly makes a great day out with family and friends," said Rebecca Anderson, event organiser and Visitor Experience Manager at the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan.

 

"Locals love that it truly has something for everyone and this year will be bigger than ever before with over 40 stall holders expected. We also introduced a VIP experience and a dedicated kid-zone with food and special entertainment from the Vocalise Performance School and Ruby & Tick Tock."

 

New experiences have been added for adults too, including food and beverage packages that can be enjoyed relaxing in a VIP area that includes private seating, loos and parking. There will also be an adult only zone in the Connections Garden where you can grab a craft brew and a bite to eat from Rydges Campbelltown.

 

As always, Eat Street is free to enter and this year additional vegetarian and vegan options have been added to the line up from local businesses Samadhi's and Cosmic Cuisine.

Transport: After last year's packed event, event organisers would like to assure event goers that more parking has been identified to ensure maximum numbers can enjoy the event, but of course, first-in best-dressed for the best parking spots!
