Alex Lleo White Water

'White Water' is the latest release from Bristol based Alex Lleo and his upcoming EP 'Morning Heights'. Drenched in earthy tones and reverberant moments, 'White Water' gives you the space to think, reflect and reconnect with a heavy, hazy vocal at the forefront. Recorded in Brooklyn New York, alongside producer Sahil Ansari, 'White Water' encapsulates the raw, live, electric energy of musicians in one room.

In Alex's own words: "I've never felt more like an artist, than when I was in Brooklyn. I'd never been anywhere that made me feel like I could do anything, and not be judged at the same time. I felt like I could re-invent myself a hundred times over If I wanted too. I wanted that feeling of ultimate freedom and self expression across this song and entire EP."

Prior to 2020, Alex extensively toured the UK, alongside the likes of Matt Corby, Leif Vollebekk and William McCarthy (The Augustines). Festival appearances included Boardmasters and Glastonbury before headlining St Pancras Old Church for Communion and releasing two live tracks with Mahogany. Throughout 2020, Alex has been releasing singles from 'Morning Heights EP' a body of work about self assurance, discovery and being more present. Previous singles from this EP include '4:05' 'Starve' and 'Easy Way' won acclaim from Atwood Magazine, Clash, Radio X, Amazing Radio, BBC Introducing West Midlands and South West.
