After a $3 million makeover, Zilver Restaurant was opened in September 2005.

Located at Sydney Central Building in the heart of Chinatown, Zilver maintains the original philosophy of -delivering a new face, new taste and new attitude to Chinese Dining in Sydney.' throughout the years. Zilver will continue to serve quality food and create new dim sims and dinner dishes… In the popular Dim Sim Chart - the signature item is the Avocado Prawn Roll in Japanese style - It is a combination of avocado and prawns, wrapped in a spring roll and pan fried. A great variety of Dim Sim Selection over 100 dishes including: steamed dumplings, beef dim sum balls, mini sticky rice in lotus leaf, Chinese sponge cake, congees, steam or fan fried rice flour rolls , taro or fried combination pie, and dessert such as mango pancake and custard bun etc.
