First an indie sensation, then a stadium-slaying juggernaut, now experts in the subtle art of pop seduction, Irish heroes Two Door Cinema Club are celebrating the fevered reception to their just-dropped fourth record False Alarm with a string of unmissable appointments across Australia in November.
Joining them for the ride is Australian duo Lastlings. These darlings have spent the past five years evolving their craft all while cultivating an enviable following. The brother-sister duo, made up of Josh and Amy Dowdle, have released two EP's to acclaim however, it is their debut album due in late 2019 that is keeping everyone on their toes. Recently signed to Rüfüs Du Sol's newly founded label, Rose Avenue, big things are set to follow one of Australia's brightest emerging acts.
Lastlings will be brining crowd favourites 'Déjà vu' and 'Urges' to audience's across the country ahead of TDCC taking the stage. A perpetual radio and festival favourite in Australia, Two Door Cinema Club are garnering some of the best reviews of their career for their latest outing, with Dork raving False Alarm is 'an album packed with more ideas than many bands manage in an entire career'.
Led by the unmistakably sonorous vocals of Alex Trimble and backed with vigorous ease by Sam Halliday (bass) and Kevin Baird (drums), Two Door Cinema Club are set to leave audiences enraptured with delight.
