OpenTable reveals Australia's most indulgent desserts and cocktails for Easter.
Traditional Japanese food with a contemporary twist, sourced from the best, freshest and most seasonal ingredients. The fine dining doesn't stop at the mains, with The Dragon Egg being a show stopper in its own right! This is a dessert and show in one; the waiter will deliver this impressive dessert and crack the chocolate egg to reveal a delicious combination of dark chocolate cream, passionfruit ice cream and mango caramel.
Ms. G's (Sydney): Modern, decidedly Asian and unlike anything you've ever experienced before! The experience starts when you enter through a door bathed in pink neon to find four floors of unexpected dining; including a graffiti wall, communal tables and even a veggie garden courtyard. The Stoners Delight is a wicked combination of doughnut ice cream, peanut dulce de leche, peanut and pretzel brittle, crispy bacon, mars bar brownie, lime curd, potato chips and deep fried Nutella – did someone say HEAVEN?
MoVida (Sydney and Melbourne): Offers Spanish tapas and shared plates in a down lit room playing funky tunes. MoVida prides itself on being the type of place you come for a beer and a jamón croquetta at the bar and then move across to a table to share a plate of slow braised lamb, some patatas a lo pobre and down some seriously good Spanish red wine. The wine isn't the only thing MoVida can boast about, with the menu housing some seriously good Churros Con Chocolate (Spanish doughnuts with rich drinking chocolate) that will make your heart melt!
ARIA (Sydney and Brisbane): An award winning, two hatted restaurant that offers diners a one of a kind experience with striking water views, an award winning menu and extensive wine list, all served in an elegant dining room. The Valrhona Kalingo Chocolate with rhubarb and vanilla sorbet is one of the new additions to the ARIA menu and has been added as part of their 2016 autumn menu.
Beach House Balmoral (Sydney): Offering the best Italian inspired cuisine in a bright and open setting overlooking Balmoral Beach. Here diners can enjoy magnificent views of the water and white sand while they enjoy fresh and seasonal seafood and antipasto platters. The view isn't the only jaw-dropper the Beach House Balmoral has to offer, with the Chocolate Torte with Ice Cream winning the hearts of many.
CHISWICK (Sydney): Located in the picturesque Chiswick Gardens, CHISWICK offers diners a unique dining experience that combines the beautiful surroundings with a seasonal menu that is designed to share. The CHISWICK Chocolate Orange Caramelia Bar will be featuring on the autumn menu – launching in the next week – and is a decadent combination of chocolate, orange and caramel.

Eau De Vie (Sydney and Melbourne): One of the world's most acclaimed cocktail bars - voted Australia's Best Cocktail bar on numerous occasions and continuously ranked amongst the top 50 bars in the world! The Sgt Pepper is your go to when chocolate just isn't enough and is best described as a show stopper. The cocktail is based on Beluga vodka shaken with honey, lime, orange and bell pepper jelly. This amazing concoction is citrusy, cleansing and has a tingly long finish. To top it off, it is garnished with a chocolate dipped dehydrated orange! The Roosevelt Bar & Diner (Sydney): Slip back in time to an era when Dames drank martinis and men boasted loudly about the number of whiskies they had over lunch. The Roosevelt takes its inspiration from the 50s and 60s and offers them up with a modern twist. The RE-FASHIONED #4 19 is a concoction of true alchemy – mixing Altos Plata Tequila, mescal, apple, chipotle, Aperol, DOM Benedictine & white chocolate ice sphere.
