Three of the Best, The modern woman's guide to everything.
Packed with brilliant practical wisdom about every area of a busy woman's life- health and fitness; beauty; time management; legal rights concerning marriage, divorce and finances; relationships and much more- Three of the Best is an indispensable guide to life for modern woman of all ages.
Author Candace Lewis says, "I went shopping for white tiles for my home and found it to be a truly miserable experience. There was too much choice and information available, and not enough time to absorb it all. I decided that a lot of life was increasingly like this; rather than finding the array of choice a positive experience, it was in fact making people anxious."
As a result, Candace and her friend and co-author Margaret O'Sullivan came up with the idea for Three of the Best, an easy-to-read book that offers three choices for almost every circumstance in a busy woman's life.
Divided into seven sections- Fit, Beautiful, Peace, Fuel, Survival, Downtime and Stand Up- Candace and Margaret offer three of the best:
Exercises for firm upper arms
Techniques to slow skin ageing
Meals in less than 15 minutes
Ways to keep your relationship passionate
First aid in the home
Strategies to beat the blues
Suggestions for finding a lawyer
natural remedies for insomnia
DIY self defence
Ideads of having more time
And many, many more...
Now there is no need to rip all those useful articles from newspapers and magazine (which you can never seem to find when you need them)- all that information is contained in this book. From the time you wake up in the morning until the time you go to bed at night, Three of the Best will simplify your life. It is the perfect Christmas stocking-filler for the women you care about, too.
