Penny Attiwill, creator of The Nappy Bag Book, was amazed to find that a combined guide for parents featuring products and services was nowhere to be found.

"After the birth of my first child in 1997, I couldn't believe there wasn't a guide for new mums on where and how to find information quickly and easily. So I set about developing a guide full of information that I thought other parents would find useful. The guide has grown so much over the past six years and I'm so pleased we now include information from all states and territories. The 2005 edition also features new sections such as Fundraising, along with a greatly expanded Eating Out with Kids section and cooking pages featuring no-fail recipes sent in by mums", said Penny.

The Nappy Bag Book also features celebrity mums and dads who share their own experiences on parenting.
