Been bitten by the travel bug and now have an itch you need scratching? Good news, relief is on the way! The first ever Itchy Feet Youth Travel Festival, will be kicking off in Sydney on 15th March, 2009.

The Itchy Feet Youth Travel Festival which will be held at the Crystal Palace within Sydneys Luna Park, will see the iconic harbourside theme park transformed into a playground of all things travel, with popular radio personalities Maz and Kerley from Sydneys Nova network at the helm, hosting a range of information sessions and hot destination debates.

Not only is entry to the event, its exhibitions and information session totally free, there are also fantastic prizes up for grab with all Itchy Feet visitors being in with a chance to win an awesome trip for two to New Zealand, including return airfares care of Air New Zealand and a great New Zealand tour, courtesy of Contiki Holidays, one of Itchy Feets major sponsors.

In between cruising around getting inspired for your next escape, you can kick back in one of the four Chill Out Zones, which are decked out as various dream destinations, knock back a couple in the fully stock bar or rock out to the Itchy Feet resident DJ, who will be pumping out funky tracks from all around the world, taking you right back to your favourite festivals from summer!

The 2009 Itchy Feet Youth Travel Festival will be open from 11am until 5pm on 15th March. The first 200 people who make their way through the doors will receive a free Itchy Feet bag containing drinks, mints and super cool branded thongs.
