The Food Truck Park brings to you The Sweet Lane Festival at Harbour Town Melbourne at Docklands.

Melbourne, get your sweet tooth ready! The Food Truck Park is revving their engines in the lead up to the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix , bringing Docklands a free, all ages festival across the Labour Day weekend!

 

Sweet Lane Festival is a celebration of all things sugary, fast and fun.

From March 9 – 13 Harbour Town Melbourne will host a rotating fleet of food trucks and vendors that sweet dreams are made of. Nuts about Tella will be serving, you guessed it, Nutella pizza and burgers, Dragon Beard Candy will offer Hong Kong waffles and Asian candy, South African doughnuts are being supplied by Ostrich and the Egg, Dex2Rose are cooling things down with Nitro ice cream, Gelateria on the Docks will offer local homemade gelato and ice cream with gluten, dairy and nut free options and much more!

 

If you prefer something savoury, the festival has you covered. Poncho Mexican, Bite on Wheels, Vango and Just Like Nonna's are just a few that will also be there to treat your taste buds. Now, for the entertainment! There will be live DJ's daily and cooking demonstrations with Masterchef contestants Zoe Konikkos and Emilia Jackson.

 

Visitors will also be able to check out the F1 #AusGP Fan Zone, where a real, life size F1 car and V8 Super Car's will be on display. Rev heads also have the chance to stand on the #AusGP winners block and get snap happy in the F1 GIF booth. The best photos have the chance to win 2 x 4 day GA tickets, a super car hot lap, and a pit lane walk at the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix, 23-26 March.

 

Did we mention there will be Guide Dog puppies?!

Guide Dogs Australiais the Official Charity partner for 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix and visitors to the Sweet Lane Festival have the chance to meet the charity's newest guide dog puppy recruits.

 

The Mattel Hot Wheels Immersive Zone will be open on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of the festival, jam packed full of activities to keep little ones entertained.
