Method
Combine Vaalia Mediterranean Natural Yoghurt, sugar and lemon zest until smooth. Fold through berries.
Spoon yoghurt mix into 6 x 3/4 cup dishes and refrigerate.
Pour maple syrup over yoghurt berry pots and garnish with flaked almonds and serve.
Variations:
Replace berries for mango and maple syrup for fresh passionfruit.

3 cups Vaalia
Mediterranean Natural Yoghurt
3/4 cup caster sugar
300g mixed frozen or fresh berries
zest of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup maple syrup
toasted flaked almonds, for serving
