Quick and Japan-Easy Summer Salad


With summer just around the corner Hakubaku Organic Ramen Noodles are made from organic soft wheat and suitable for more healthy dishes. Whether you desire soups, stir-fry's or fresh crunchy salads, Hakubaku Organic Ramen Noodles are ideal for every night of the week.

Ingredients:

The Crunchy Topping:
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 package Ramen noodles uncooked and broken up
1 tbs. oil.

The Salad:
1 head of organic romanie lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1/2 brunch of organic broccoli crowns, chopped very fine
2 Oranges peeled and quartered
1 bunch of organic green onions, chopped.

The Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar heated with 1/2 cup of Double Phoenix Chinese Cooking Wine (remove from stove and add..)
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbs Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce

Method:
Heat oil, cook nuts and noodles until crispy and light brown. Drain on paper towel.
Mix all salad ingredients in a plastic container and place in fridge.
Chill dressing. Mix crunchy topping, salad and dressing just before serving.
