7 Delicious and Easy Tips to Making the Most of Grapes this Season:

Aussies love their grapes – we consume a whopping 200,000 tonnes each year - but there are plenty of surprising ways to enjoy them as more than just a quick and easy snack.

Chill Out With Frozen Grapes
Pop grapes in a bag and freeze for a refreshing post-workout treat. You could even blitz them up for a speedy and guilt-free sorbet! Grapes are a source of potassium and vitamin C, aiding muscle recovery and reducing fatigue. Want to impress guests with your bar skills? Use frozen grapes instead of ice in your cocktails or to keep white wine chilled #lifehack

Almond Butter and Grape Sandwiches
This fun and healthy snack ticks all the boxes for little ones. Halve grapes lengthways, add a dollop of almond butter then top with the other half. Sprinkle with sesame seeds then tuck in!

Switch up your salads
Bored of your everyday salad al-desko? Add fresh or roasted grapes to salads for a seasonal switch up. For a quick yet indulgent salad, combine Romaine lettuce with gorgonzola, walnuts and grapes and be the envy of your office co-workers.

Baked to perfection
Instead of berries or stone fruits, why not try out adding grapes to your next bake. Welcome autumn with a warming grape crumble or for a super simple swap, pop grapes into muffins. Check out this recipe for an indulgent Caramel Grape Pound Cake from @cookrepublic.

Roast for robust flavour
Looking to level up your cheeseboard? Roast your grapes to intensify their sweetness, they taste delicious paired with goats cheese and crackers. Simply toss with oil, salt and pepper or just a splash of red wine vinegar, then roast in the oven at 200°C for around 15 minutes, or until soft and juicy.
