Whatever you enjoy, whatever makes you happy, DO IT, so long as it doesn't hurt you or someone else.
Try to create timetables for doing things for yourself that you enjoy doing. It may be reading a book, watching telly, going for a walk, taking yourself to the movies, calling an old friend, searching for seashells on the beach, watching the sunset or picking wildflowers.
Compile a list of things you enjoy doing and then list them in priority. Try not to do too many things at once and fit them into your daily routine of events.
Everyone has the right to happiness including you.
It is better to have enjoyed at least one moment of happiness in the day than to have enjoyed none. A famous person once wrote this phrase, "If it is to be, it is up to me."
Tell your guardian angel or guide that you have chosen to be happy and that you want them to help you to think of happy things to do and to remind you of happy things you have done and enjoyed in the past.
Helping others who may be experiencing the same problems as you are can make them happy and in turn, can give you happiness.
Try doing some funny things such as putting your makeup on with the wrong hand, pulling faces at yourself in the mirror or agreeing with a friend to pull funny faces at each other. Pretend to laugh with a friend no matter how silly it sounds or seems, just do it. It can be catching and remember laughter is good medicine.
Happiness can be found in the simplest of things, it's just a matter of YOU deciding to seek it.
It is yours to have and you have every right to have it.
Children are great teachers of happiness. The next time you are around children, observe what they do and allow your inner child to shine through.
Wishing you wonderful happiness!
May you find your guardian angel, try to love all things and peace be with you.
