Kurrajong Kitchen's LavoshBites
Kurrajong Kitchen, the Australian brand behind Lavosh, have launched three new flavours of their beloved LavoshBites - a bite-sized flatbread range which are ideal as a quick snack with cheese or for entertaining with dips.
LavoshBites are a thin, crunchy bread developed from an age-old Middle Eastern recipe. They are baked, not fried, yeast and egg-free and they are all-natural with absolutely no added preservatives. This means they can be enjoyed with none of the guilt associated with many of the high-in-salt crackers on the market.
While the original LavoshBites are the perfect accompaniment to any dip, the LavoshBites in Soy & Linseed flavour are a snack all their own! They have just the right amount of 'zing' to liven up any condiment, and are high in fibre. Their Shepherd's Bread in Sesame & Sea Salt flavour is also a welcome addition to the range, for those who want something with a bit more crunch.
Kurrajong Kitchen was founded close to twenty years ago in 1993 by husband and wife team, Ben and Karen Lebsanft. They began baking Lavosh in a small Kurrajong kitchen, and although their business has expanded exponentially, they are still committed to the same practice of baking delicious, Australian Lavosh with a home-made touch.
"On our list for the perfect dinner party, our LavoshBites would be at the top! They're fantastic for entertaining whether it's at a picnic or cocktail party," says Karen, co-owner of Kurrajong Kitchen.
"They're also great in the kid's lunchboxes with a little bit of cheese on top. They're so versatile, and more importantly, so tasty!"
Kurrajong Kitchen products are available nation-wide in both Woolworths and Coles. RRP $3.49
