Grape Bircher Muesli

Tip: To get great grapes when shopping, choose a bunch which has grapes firmly attached to the stem, rather than those which may be browning at the stem and remember fresh grapes are firm and plump, not soft or wrinkled.
Ingredients
2 cups Woolworths Select traditional rolled oats
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup water
1 cup red grapes
1 cup green grapes
1/2 grated green apple (skin on)
2 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon Yellow box honey
3/4 cup European style yoghurt
Method
1.Place the oats, orange juice and water in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to soften the oats.
2.When the oats are quite soft, stir through the grapes, grated apple, nuts, honey and yoghurt, adding a little extra orange juice or water if the consistency is too thick (it should resemble porridge).
3.Serve grape bircher muesli or refrigerate until ready.
Note : grape bircher muesli will last, covered, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
