Gourmet Garden Appetisers - Beef and Basil Baguette (Serves 8)Step 1 Cut 1 Baguette into 8 equal portions. Halve lengthwise.
Step 2 Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Basil.
Step 3 Spread inside each baguette. Top with roast beef slices.

Gourmet Garden Appetisers - Basil and Ginger Glazed Pears (Serves 8)Step 1 Halve 4 small, firm-ripe pears, leaving stems attached, and use a melon baller to remove cores.
Step 2 Melt 60g butter in a large fry pan over low heat. Stir in 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Basil, 1 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Ginger, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons mild honey until combined.
Step 3 Add pears to mixture and cook, turning occasionally, until glazed. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4 Serve warm, filling the hollows of pears with Cranberry Sauce, if desired.
