Disturbingly timely (it includes downsizing and fraud), Don't Tell Eve is a darkly comic and contemporary novel. Full of intrigue and incident, it will have you giggling- and guessing- until the very end.

Airlie Lawson's first novel is Don't Tell Eve, and while she has worked in publishing for a number of years, it is not based on her personal experiences. She's quite insistent on this. And despite the rumours, she doesn't have a separate career as a notorious artist. That said, she does enjoy photograph and drawing and indeed sewing, and there might be a few incidents in the book that were inspired by real events but then, of course, extensively reworked so as to become entirely fictional. Sadly, she won't reveal which ones. Airlie lives in Sydney.
