Makes 12 Muffins
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups plain flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
100g butter, melted
3/4 cup CSR White Sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup milk
1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate pieces
Preheat the over to 200°C. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until just combined and moistened. Spoon into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
