City of Greater Dandenong Children's Festival

Now in its fifth year the annual City of Greater Dandenong Children's Festival is celebrating an Animal Kingdom theme.

Families are invited to let their imaginations run wild over the school holidays, with a series of free and low cost events happening across the city from 23 September to 8 October.

The festival features exciting and interactive programs, activities, performances, workshops, exhibitions and events for the whole family.

The headline event of the Children's Festival is the Little Day Out for BIG Imaginations, a free family event where everybody is encouraged to let their imaginations run wild. Little Day Out is on Sunday 1 October, from 11am-4pm, at Noble Park's Ross Reserve.
