Dairy and Wheat Free
Serves 2 for a small meal.
Ingredients
1 cucumber
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of mint
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon juiced
1 avocado
250ml of coconut water
1 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp of chili flakes
1/2 tsp of cumin powder
Method
Just blend all the ingredients like a smoothie in a blender.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Enjoy chilled!
