Chiswick Harvests Autumn Flavours with Seasonal Menu Launch

Head chefs Richie Dolan and Laura Baratto of CHISWICK and CHISWICK at the Gallery are pleased to introduce to you the restaurants' new autumn menus.

As the leaves start to turn amber, and the weather starts to cool, CHISWICK Woollahra and CHISWICK at the Gallery are the ideal spots to watch the beauty of the autumn season unfold.

Working closely with Matt Moran, Richie Dolan and Laura Baratto have once again sought inspiration from the fresh, seasonal produce that flourishes in the restaurant kitchen gardens at this time of year. The CHISWICK gardens are now brimming with rich autumn produce, including curly kale, broccolini, snow peas, strawberries, radishes, French beans and an abundance of oregano, verbena, chocolate mint and basil.

'Autumn is a bountiful time in the CHISWICK gardens," Dolan says. 'The soils are nutrient rich from months of summer rain, providing the perfect conditions for produce to thrive. The arrival of autumn produce is an exciting opportunity for us to bring in some hearty, warm dishes to sit amongst our signature dishes, which are designed to comfort throughout the cooler months".

This season at CHISWICK at the Gallery enjoy the Autumn Salad featuring burrata, marjoram, cumin lavosh, Cone Bay Barramundi, capsicum, sherry vinegar and garden parsley and finish with the delectable Soy crème caramel, Granny Smith apple and lemon verbena.

At CHISWICK Woollahra sit back and enjoy the signature wood roasted Moran family lamb served this season with zucchini and pine nuts, try the  succulent grilled swordfish with coponata, confit lemon and labneh and for those with a penchant for the sweet, the CHISWICK chocolate orange caramelia bar or seasonal Pavlova with yoghurt mousse and rhubarb ripple".
