Review: I've been very lazy… I completed Tough Mudder last year and since then I've been sloth-like (that's an understatement). I need a goal to keep me motivated - when I was training for Tough Mudder I was in the gym everyday preparing myself for the 16 km and 20 obstacles challenge however since then my gym regularly sends me reminder messages and I get puffed walking up the stairs... Enter the BodyGuardz Trainr Case; which inspired me to get my butt off the couch and to the gym!

I downloaded the Couch to 5K app (which was a sweaty hardio encounter after 6 months of no running), updated my favourite Podcast episodes and clipped the Trainr armband onto the BodyGuardz iPhone case and hit the treadmill.
