Peanut Butter, Blueberry and Celery Caterpillar

It's not a secret that life is getting busier and busier - especially for parents.
Recent research among 2,000 working parents suggested they complete an average of 43 tasks before they even get to the office.

This means that the average working mum or dad leaps up at 6.01am, with a yawn-inducing one-third of them getting up before 5:30am. The daily to-do list includes getting the kids ready, and a large amount of time is spent on making breakfasts, lunches and morning teas for everyone.

Luckily, Australian Blueberries have thought of a few 10-second snack hacks to help you get out the door faster, or snooze that alarm longer. Since they're Australian grown and packed full of antioxidants and other goodies, these snacks will make your schedule, body and country happy!

Ingredients
2 sticks of celery
3 tbs of peanut butter
1 punnet fresh Australian blueberries
10 green grapes

Method
Cut a 2cm long piece of celery
Cut the remaining sticks of celery into 10 evenly sized 'logs',
Spread the peanut butter evenly between each of the celery pieces
Place one grape at the front of each log, on top of the peanut butter. This will be the caterpillar's head! Using the space 2cm long celery piece, create thing matchstick shaped cuts of celery. Push these gently into the grape to form the caterpillar's antennas.
Following the grape, place fresh Australian blueberries down the peanut butter, to create the body. Enjoy!
