Alone in a strange, sweltering country, surrounded by hostile lawyers and police, Dr Tony Hill (Robson Green), finds himself at the centre of a maelstrom of competing legal and political interests in the final episode of this special Wire In The Blood USA.

He's insulted, threatened, framed and physically attacked. Meanwhile, his doubts grow about the case. Dr Hill's rattled. Nobody is quite what they seem and everyone has a vested interest in the accused family slayer, Darius Grady (Brad Hawkins).
