Review: This is such a relief, my 18 year old daughter still struggles taking pills, so this makes life easy.  I actually find it easier myself and I'm more likely to remember a spray than offputting pills.  With such a strange year, it's great to support your health with these vitamins to up your mood, motivation, strength and immunity.  I don't know about you, but while I know tumeric is important for my health, I struggle to take in any form, the spray makes if quick and easy so I can move on with my day.
