Are you the next Visionary Wildlife Warrior?

Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors are looking for the next Visionary Wildlife Warrior, and if you're a passionate conservationist aged between 5 – 17 years, you could be in the running to take home the prestigious title!

With submissions open since May this year, we've already received some inspiring examples of wildlife conservation, and with another two months to go until entries close, we can't wait to read about what else you've been doing in the name of conservation.

If you, like Bindi and Robert Irwin, are helping to make a difference in the world through conservation, then we want to hear about it.  Young conservationists are encouraged to submit a 200-500 word essay or 60 second video presentation to demonstrate what they do for conservation in their local community.

Last year, the calibre of submissions was so high that the competition resulted in a draw, with two winners selected to accept their awards at the annual Steve Irwin Gala Dinner. Corey Roff from Brisbane and Braden Benz from Virginia in the USA impressed with their individual conservation efforts on opposite sides of the world.

Once again, the Visionary Wildlife Warrior will be awarded at the prestigious annual Steve Irwin Gala Dinner in Brisbane on November 21.
