What's on at The Star in April

Sydney's premier place to play, The Star Sydney will host a packed calendar of thrilling dining and entertainment experiences with live music, comedy, trivia and special events this April.

 

The Star will welcome big name talent to the stage, including superstars Chris Isaak, Guy Sebastian, internationally acclaimed singing group, The Ten Tenors, electro outfits, The Stafford Brothers, and Cantopop queen all the way from Hong Kong, Sammi Cheng.

 

As Foundation Partner and the Official Entertainment Partner of the Australian Turf Club, The Star is delighted to extend the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival fun with free post-event entertainment and dining specials.

 

Australian traditions will be embraced with special ANZAC Day commemorations, which will feature two-up and the chance to catch the ANZAC Day clash between the St George Dragons and Sydney Roosters from 4:00pm at 24/7 Sports Bar.

$25 Friday lunches at The Star | Fridays in April

Celebrate the end of the working week with a delicious one-course lunch for only $25 on Fridays at The Star. Singapore Hawker Style Pop-up | Daily until May

Discover the taste of Singapore's best street food at The Star's newly opened Singapore Hawker Style pop-up restaurant for a limited time until May. Open daily for lunch and dinner, chef Djohann Arneez is serving up a unique twist on Singapore's renowned hawker-style chow with hints of Chinese, Malay and Indian flavours. The pop-up is located at Level G, The Star Café Court.

 

Osteria Balla Manfredi, Chef's Autumn Menu | From 1 April

Experience a modern interpretation of Italian cuisine at Osteria Balla Manfredi with the new seasonal menu based on the freshest autumn produce. Choose from black pudding, red cabbage and white polenta ($18), Chestnut's trenette pasta with venison ragu ($26), veal fillet wrapped in prosciutto and sage with wild mushrooms ($43), or enjoy a mouth-watering dessert of vanilla and cinnamon poached quince with mascarpone cream ($13).
