The Human Scale

Each second Sunday of the month, M.A.D.E in collaboration with the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI), will be screening a film in the M.A.D.E Theatre. This month is an exciting opportunity to view a feature documentary that talks about the issues of today.

On the 8th of June M.A.D.E will be screening The Human Scale.
As the majority of the world's population moves into cities, The Human Scale is a documentary about Danish architect and professor, Jan Gehls' 40 year study of human behavior in cities.  He argues that the design of modern cities repels human interaction but that there are alternatives that will deliver inclusion and intimacy.
