In its fifth year, the Human Rights Arts and Film Festival (HRAFF) is designed to celebrate awareness, participation and inspiration. For eleven days in Melbourne HRAFF will showcase a selection of contemporary cinema, fine art and music at a variety of city and surrounding locations.
