Spring outside, start training, and say goodbye to the winter blues. The Brooks Spring into Shape Series allows participants to increase and gauge their fitness levels over the spring months, arriving prepared for the summer season. All courses are designed to cater for all ages and levels of fitness and participants may enter the series or a single event. Proudly partnering with the Heart Foundation, participants can become""Heart Heroes" and register to raise funds via the Everyday Heart Program for lifesaving heart research.
