Sydney Olympic Park's Kids in the Park Summer 2015-16

Get the kids away from the computer, tablets and game consoles this summer holidays with the help of Sydney Olympic Park's Kids in the Park summer 2015-16 program, from 19 December 2015 – 26 January 2016 (inclusive).

The program boasts more than 60 school holiday activities, including 12 FREE and 11 good-value options at less than $25 per person. Kids in the Park summer 2015-16 will also showcase two NEW activities, Summer Wetlands for the future Bindi and Bob Irwins. Kids can explore the Park's wetland environments flora and fauna and get up and close to see the changing environment.

The latest creative addition from The Writing Workshop – Write Your Own Reality TV Show – is for kids aged 10-15 years. Kids will create their own TV show concept and script from audition forward.

Instead of watching the 20/20 and test matches on TV, why not get the kids out there and learn how to play it. Thunder Kids: Learn to Play is in partnership with Sydney Thunder and has created this entry-level participation program that encourages sportsmanship, fitness and social skills.

The only net the kids will be on at Sydney Olympic Park is the safety net at the Aquatic Centre's Flying Trapeze workshops. The outdoor flying rig is perfect for future acrobats, swinging, flipping and catching with the guidance of the professionals from Circus Arts.

Other favourites from previous school holiday periods that are returning to Kids in the Park summer 2015-16 include: AC Milan Junior Soccer Camp, Monster iSkate, Laser Tag, Urban Jungle Adventure Park and the annual Movies by the Boulevard is to return with a great line-up of popular and recently released films for the whole family to enjoy.

With so many options for all interests, ages and budgets, it's little wonder Sydney Olympic Park is the official home of the biggest range of school holiday activities of any single location in NSW.
