From Saturday 22nd December 2012 until Sunday 3rd February 2013, families are invited to Medibank Icehouse for an unforgettable summer holiday experience.

The Summer Thrills and Chills program across both Olympic size rinks will include:
Under 8's Ice Fun - every day from 9am to 11am - includes snow pool, toys to play with and visiting children characters for extra fun. Kids can go for a ride on the ice on a Medibank Icehouse seal
Ice Derby - everyday day from 11am to 3pm - a variety of exciting activities on the ice - Ice Chariot races, human ten pin bowling (be bowled along the ice and see how many pins you can knock over) and ice skating races
DJ, ice games and giveaways - our DJ will be playing the latest tunes from 11am to late with giveaways
FREE how to skate backwards lessons - for those who need a little extra challenge
FREE beginners lessons - learn the basics of ice skating to feel confident on the ice
Ice Ambassadors - will be on hand to help visitors improve their ice skating skills
Free demonstrations - by figure skaters and ice hockey players
Icehouse Yeti - who will be skating with visitors
Skate to your gap year - students (and everyone else) who skate this summer has the chance to win a $2,000 Jetset travel voucher
