Summer Chills and Thrills

Medibank Icehouse is the perfect venue for family fun these school holidays with super entertaining craze -Wonderballz on Ice' back with a vengeance and guest appearances from Penguins of Madagascar, Skipper and Kowalski, set for the 10th and 11th January.

Suitable for ages 12 years and upwards, Wonderballz involves visitors strapping into an inflatable bubble suit so they can bounce, roll and laugh their way around the rink all while playing the craziest game of soccer they'll ever experience! 

Wonderballz takes place between 11am and 3pm daily.

DreamWorks' Penguins of Madagascar also comes to Medibank Icehouse these school holidays with visits from favourite characters Skipper and Kowalski on the 10th and 11th January between 11am and 3pm.

The Penguins will join the Medibank Icehouse's resident DJ out on the ice, grooving to today's latest hits.

Skipper and Kowalski's visit to Medibank Icehouse comes with heaps of giveaways and prizes for all to enjoy.

The Summer Chills and Thrills program will also include:
•    Under 8's Ice Fun. Toys, games and music, plus snow play areas for children to enjoy a totally different toddler experience with Ice Ambassadors to make sure both parents and children have some cool ice fun. 9am to 11am daily
•    Free Lessons – Beginners. Free with entry and designed to give non skaters the skills they require to enjoy their experience. Every hour from 11am to 2pm daily
•    Free Lessons – How to Skate Backwards. Free with entry and designed to encourage skaters to improve their skills. Every hour from 11am to 2pm daily
•    Public skating from 9am to late every day
