Stokehouse Q: Dinner on the Bridge

In what promises to be THE dining event of the year for Brisbane, the city's famed Stokehouse Q, in collaboration with Café on the Bridge, has announced the Goodwill Bridge will be transformed into Brisbane's most exclusive dining room for the one-off event, Dinner on the Bridge, to celebrate Good Food Month.  On Friday July 22, over 200 diners will experience a truly unique culinary event….

In the middle of the celebrated Good Food Month, Dinner on the Bridge will showcase the flavours of the region in a three course, sit-down meal designed by Stokehouse Executive Chef, Richard Ousby, with carefully matched wines.  The dining room itself will stretch across the Goodwill Bridge, from South Bank to the city.

The best part? Tickets are only $155 per person. The event begins at 5pm sharp and diners are reminded to rug up!

Stokehouse Q's Peter McMahon said the event would celebrate Brisbane in the best way possible. 'We wanted to put on an event that would not only showcase our city's beautiful assets, but also the exceptional local producers who we value so highly. We're very excited to be creating such an extravagant dinner – what could be better than indulging in a three course dinner over the mighty Brisbane River! It's a wonderful nod back to the heady days of Riverfestival when bridges became restaurants; we want to revisit that magic, but with 2016 flavours and the new skyline of Brisbane."

Don't miss out on this major highlight on the Brisbane Good Food Month calendar and celebrate Brisbane with Stokehouse Q.
